Free TRIAL/Consult

All new members can enjoy a Free Trial in class and a Free Consult with one of our expert coaches. Here our goal is to get to know you & what you are looking for with your training. We’ll go over everything – Your Why, Your Goals, Your Training & What to expect from us. We also include a Body Composition Scan and some basic nutrition advice as well as covering the ins and outs of starting training with us

CROSSFIT CLASSES

CrossFit training is varied, functional and a bunch of fun in a community atmosphere. You will find all levels of fitness within any given class and are coaches are experienced in helping with all levels.

Our class sizes are all strictly limited caps of 12 mid week and 16 on the weekends to ensure you receive the best coaching possible each time you come to the gym. Our CrossFit program is designed to help you become a well rounded human being who can handle of broad variety of physical challenges!

OLYMPIC Weightlifting

In our weightlifting classes we focus on developing the Olympic lifts in the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. We utilise periodisation and a focus on technique and strength to do this. 

We have beginner to advanced weightlifters in our classes. Some focusing attend to improve barbell ability for CrossFit, as well as those competing at local, State and National level

We are a registered weightlifting club with Victoria Weightlifting Association as Greensborough Weightlifting Club

Weightlifting is a great way to see improvements in coordination, balance and flexibility, speed, strength and power! It’s also a lot of fun as you also get to hang out with your peers and feed off each others energy

Weightlifting Class Schedule as follows

Monday and Tuesday 4:20pm (60 minutes)

Thursday 5:30pm (60 minutes) 

Saturday 8am (90 minutes)

We also have Open Gym times which can be used to follow our weightlifting program

Wednesday and Friday 4:20pm  (60 minutes)

Sunday 10:30am (60 minutes)

Personal TRAINING

If you require a more individualised approach to your goals. Our coaches are here to help you with an individual program & one-on-one coaching to help you progress faster

Personal training is a great way to either hone in on specific skill, goal or add some additional accountability into your training. You may be after a first pull up, handstand or wanting to add some extra strength or conditioning under the watchful eye of your coach

These sessions run for 45 minutes and session fee is $80-$90 depending on the coach

*Online sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance online. On a desktop/laptop you can select a coach and see availability but on mobile you cannot select a specific coach

NUTRITION Coaching

If you really want to maximise your results we recommend taking up either a Nutrition Consult or Nutrition 12 Week Membership to ensure your’e fuelling your body adequately and seeing the changes you are after. Coach Katie is a Precision Nutrition certified coach as well as being a CrossFit coach and coming from a background in Cheffing she can help you make the most of your nutrition
